Admissions Leadership Position

Job Summary:
The Senior Director of Admissions is a key leadership position responsible for driving admissions growth and student enrollment at South University. This role requires a strategic thinker with a proven track record of managing sales teams and achieving revenue goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute admissions strategies to meet or exceed enrollment targets
- Lead and manage a team of admissions professionals to ensure effective recruitment and conversion of inquiries to applicants
- Monitor and analyze admissions metrics to identify areas for improvement and optimize recruitment efforts
- Collaborate with marketing teams to develop and implement effective marketing campaigns to support admissions goals
- Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and accreditation standards
- Participate in key campus strategy discussions and contribute to the development of campus-wide initiatives
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in a business or sales-related discipline
- Minimum five years of experience managing a sales team in a higher education setting or a related industry
- Proven ability to inspire and motivate sales teams to achieve revenue goals
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities

The Senior Director of Admissions will be accountable for achieving admissions growth and revenue targets, as well as ensuring the effective management of the admissions team.
