Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service by educating customers on vehicle repair processes, insurance procedures, customer rights, repair techniques, and safety.
  • Conduct initial estimates, write complete estimates after full disassembly and damage evaluation, and finalize estimates.
  • Manage each repair throughout the process, ensuring Crash Champions' quality standards by performing in-process quality control.
  • Keep customers informed and updated on the status of their vehicle, providing a seamless experience.
  • Collaborate with Body Technicians to review data procedures, complete post-scanning for each vehicle, and ensure accurate repairs.
  • Preclose final repair orders, handle disbursement paperwork, address exceptions, and ensure carrier-specific requirements are met.
Qualifications
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, with good time management and adaptability in a fast-paced environment
  • Knowledge of insurance partners is preferred
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency in multiple estimating systems, including CCC, Mitchell, and Audatex
