Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Phlebotomist II Site Lead to join our team at Quest Diagnostics. As a Phlebotomist II Site Lead, you will be responsible for leading daily activities at a Patient Service Center (PSC) or In-Office Phlebotomy (IOP) location, and will have the opportunity to work with a dynamic team of professionals who are passionate about delivering exceptional patient care.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collect blood specimens from patients in a safe and efficient manner.
  • Administer oral solutions and perform venipuncture procedures as needed.
  • Verify patient demographic information and obtain signatures for specimen labeling.
  • Process and prepare specimens for laboratory testing.
  • Perform data entry and maintain accurate records.
  • Provide excellent customer service and communicate effectively with patients and colleagues.
Requirements
  • Three years of phlebotomy experience, including pediatric and geriatric collections.
  • Keyboard/data entry experience.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
