Job Title: Phlebotomist II Site Lead

Quest Diagnostics is seeking a skilled Phlebotomist II Site Lead to join our team. As a Phlebotomist II Site Lead, you will be responsible for leading a team of phlebotomists and ensuring the smooth operation of our Patient Service Center.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collect blood specimens from patients and prepare them for laboratory testing.
  • Lead a team of phlebotomists and provide guidance and support as needed.
  • Ensure that all laboratory procedures are followed and that quality control measures are in place.
  • Communicate effectively with patients, staff, and management to ensure seamless operations.
  • Participate in training and development programs to stay up-to-date on the latest laboratory techniques and procedures.
Requirements:
  • Three years of phlebotomy experience, including pediatric, geriatric, and capillary collections.
  • Keyboard/data entry experience.
  • Flexible and available based on staffing needs, including weekends, holidays, on-call, and overtime.
  • Must have reliable transportation, a valid driver's license, and a clean driving record, if applicable.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a Patient Service Center environment.
  • Customer service experience in a retail or service environment.
