Job Summary

As a Site Lead, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of a Patient Service Center (PSC) or In-Office Phlebotomy (IOP) location, ensuring that all laboratory procedures are performed with the highest level of quality and accuracy.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collect and process blood samples from patients, adhering to established protocols and procedures.
  • Administer oral solutions and perform venipuncture procedures as required.
  • Verify patient demographic information and ensure accurate labeling of specimens.
  • Manage inventory and supplies, ensuring that all necessary materials are available for laboratory procedures.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to patients and clients, responding to their needs and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
Requirements
  • Three years of phlebotomy experience, including pediatric, geriatric, and capillary collections.
  • Keyboard/data entry experience and proficiency in laboratory information systems.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and make decisions based on established procedures.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with patients, clients, and colleagues.
  • High School Diploma or Equivalent required; Phlebotomy certification preferred.
