Pride Health is seeking a skilled Medical Collector to support our client's medical facility in Linwood, NJ. This is a 6-month assignment with the possibility of extension or conversion.
Job Details:
- Job Title: Phlebotomist I
- Location: Linwood, NJ
- Duration: 6 months Contract (Possibility of extension)
- Shift: 7 am-1 pm Mon, Wed, Fri, and Sat
- Pay Rate: $18-20/hr. (based on experience and qualifications)
Responsibilities:
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Collecting blood samples from patients in a safe and accurate manner
- Preparing specimens for lab testing
- Providing excellent customer service and creating a positive patient experience
- Working independently with minimal supervision
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Medical training or phlebotomy certification preferred
- Minimum 6 months of experience in a healthcare setting
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
