Job Summary:

We seek an experienced Senior Administrative Assistant to provide diverse administrative support to PAD/Quality leadership and team members. This role involves interacting with multiple leaders, managing sensitive information, and demonstrating exceptional tact, diplomacy, and judgment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to PAD and Quality leadership, including scheduling, travel arrangements, meeting coordination, expense reports, and communication.
  • Arrange travel and organize meetings for invited speakers and consultants.
  • Work closely with PAD/Quality leadership to schedule candidate interviews and manage logistics.
  • Represent Sutro in a highly professional manner, ensuring seamless interactions with colleagues at all levels.
  • Manage special projects as necessary and maintain confidentiality when handling sensitive information.

Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 10 years of administrative experience, preferably in biotechnology, pharmaceutical, or healthcare companies.
  • Previous experience supporting C-Level executives is highly desirable.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, prioritization, multi-tasking, and analytical abilities to handle complex situations.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Outlook, and internet navigation.
  • Analytical ability to gather data, summarize reports, and find solutions to administrative problems.

About You:

As a seasoned administrative professional, you will possess a high level of professionalism, discretion, and excellent communication skills. Your ability to prioritize tasks, work independently, and collaborate with cross-functional teams will be essential in this role.

Salary Range:

$105,000 - $120,000 per year, depending on relevant experience and qualifications.
