Job Title: Executive Assistant

Leidos is seeking an experienced Executive Assistant to support six Senior Leaders within the DigMod Sector. The ideal candidate will provide strategic administrative support, manage complex calendars, and coordinate meeting logistics, travel, and expense reports.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide executive administrative support to six senior leaders within the DigMod Sector
  • Manage complex calendars, including scheduling meetings and coordinating travel arrangements
  • Prepare and reconcile expense reports, and manage meeting arrangements
  • Engage with Leidos senior leaders and external senior executives, requiring explanation, clarification, and diplomacy
  • Compose emails, letters, and other correspondence, handling confidential information
  • Prioritize and carry out special projects and complex assignments, exercising independent judgment and initiative
Requirements:
  • High School degree and 5+ years of experience providing executive administration support in a corporate environment
  • Positive and personable demeanor, with ability to interact and relate well with both external and internal contacts
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, sound decision-making and prioritization ability, and attention to detail
  • Excellent calendar management skills, including Microsoft Outlook and Teams
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and SharePoint
  • Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously, with a commitment to completion of projects on a timely basis
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration
