Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct research with guidance from attorneys and paralegals to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
  • Perform various administrative tasks to support the team and ensure seamless firm operations.
  • Communicate effectively with court personnel, opposing counsel, and clients to resolve issues and maintain positive relationships.
  • Manage office correspondence, including answering phone calls, responding to emails, and reminding the team of upcoming deadlines.
  • Assist in creating and proofreading legal documents, such as pleadings, motions, subpoenas, affidavits, contracts, and briefs.

Requirements and Qualifications:
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in the legal industry is required.
  • An Associate's degree or some college education is preferred; a high school diploma or equivalent is required.
  • Proficiency with legal software, case management, and docketing programs is essential.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills are necessary to excel in this role.

Estimated Salary Range:$50,000 - $60,000 per year
