### Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead our structural steel projects. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our projects, from strategic planning to project execution.

### Key Responsibilities

* Develop and implement project strategies to ensure alignment with company goals
* Oversee all stages of the project life cycle, including initiation, planning, design, execution, monitoring, control, and closure
* Manage and coordinate with the project team and stakeholders to ensure project deliverables are met in a timely and efficient manner
* Apply your deep understanding of structural steel to manage and oversee all related activities
* Handle risk management, including identification, analysis, and response planning
* Monitor project progress, ensuring that any issues or problems that arise are swiftly addressed and resolved
* Lead and facilitate meetings with internal and external stakeholders to ensure clear communication and alignment of project goals
* Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations throughout all project stages
* Prepare and present detailed project reports to senior management, providing regular updates on project status and progress

### Qualifications

* Minimum 5+ years of experience in project management, specifically within the engineering industry
* Proven experience with strategic planning and project planning
* Extensive experience with structural steel
* Prior experience with industrial projects
* Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Project Management, or a related field
* Strong leadership skills, with a proven ability to manage and motivate a team
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with an ability to build strong relationships with team members, stakeholders, and clients
* Exceptional problem-solving skills, with an ability to think strategically and analytically
* Proficiency in project management software tools
* Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is a plus
