El Especialista en Procesamiento de Productos de Transferencia de Fondos es una posición de nivel inicial responsable de procesar diversos capstocks de clientes, gastos y otras transacciones de efectivo. Además, el especialista es responsable de las conciliaciones de cuentas de efectivo, resolución de discrepancias de efectivo, transacciones de Colateral y Alternativas. La posición también requerirá monitorear bandejas de entrada grupales, autenticación de devolución de llamada y resolución de consultas.
  • Función Requerida 1: Servicio al Cliente y Respuesta a Consultas
    Procesar con precisión las transacciones de efectivo de los clientes. Estas incluyen capstocks, gastos, transferencias, transferencias de libros, expectativas y FX.
    Procesar transacciones de cumplimiento de FT/cuentas bloqueadas, transacciones de colateral y transacciones de pago de alternativas.
    Cumplir con todos los entregables del cliente de acuerdo con los procedimientos y controles de Transferencia de Fondos.
    Investigar y resolver todas las consultas de efectivo de los clientes.
    Asegurar respuestas oportunas y precisas a clientes internos y externos.
    Escalar de inmediato todos los problemas a la gerencia.
    Autorizar transacciones a través de la autorización del remitente y la devolución de llamada.

  • Mejora de Procesos
    Buscar comprender todos los procesos, procedimientos y prácticas; desafiar aquellos que pueden mejorarse.
    Identificar oportunidades para mejorar el procesamiento de productos de FT.
    Mantenerse al tanto de los cambios en el mercado y los plazos que impactan los procesos/ liquidaciones de efectivo.
    Optimizar la productividad, equilibrando la necesidad de cumplir con los plazos de cada cliente.

    Conocimiento del procesamiento de pagos en USD y moneda extranjera.
    Las horas son de 9:00 am a 5:00 pm o de 10:00 am a 6:00 pm. Las horas pueden rotar según la semana. La posición requiere cobertura durante los días festivos.
