Job Summary:
The Assembler III is a critical member of our production team, responsible for operating a forklift to move, stack, and load materials for shipment. This role requires attention to detail, strong communication skills, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:
* Inspect parts to ensure 100% quality parts are sent to our customers
* Inform team of quality alerts
* Prepare materials or merchandise for assembly line production by reading provided tickets that identify materials needed; gather prescribed materials from stock using forklifts, hand trucks, and rolling carts
* Assemble various millwork products such as exterior and interior door units, wooden patios, Dutch doors, casing, and window units by reading orders
* Identify necessary modifications; operate machinery that modifies the product; prepare the product for shipment by applying casing, sleeves, stickers, etc
* Inspect the overall quality of assembled product throughout the assembly process
* Prepare the components of the job for assembly * Read provided tickets that identify materials needed
* Gather prescribed materials from stock using hand trucks, rolling carts and forklifts (if certified)
* Place materials in designated area for assembly
* Assemble the components of the job, which may include machining and/or assembling various millwork products such as exterior and interior door units:
* Read orders and identifying necessary modifications
* Operate machinery that modifies the product (ex. chop saws)
* Must be able to work independently and manage multiple tasks at a time.
* Ability to effectively communicate in English, both verbally and in writing.

Requirements:
High School Diploma or GED Up to six months related experience or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience
Forklift License/Certification.
Physical Demands: The physical demands and work environment are representative of a typical office environment. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is occasionally required to stand; walk; sit; use hands to finger, handle, or feel objects, tools or controls; reach with hands and arms; climb stairs; balance; stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl; talk and hear. The employee must occasionally lift or move up to 25 pounds.
