Job Summary

AVI-SPL is seeking a skilled Audio Visual Specialist to support the setup and maintenance of collaboration technologies for on-site, hybrid, and virtual meetings. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in audiovisual integration and excellent communication skills.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and execute the setup and maintenance of collaboration technologies
  • Provide user support and coordinate with service providers to meet all meeting requirements
  • Perform regular AV room checks, troubleshoot issues, and perform system maintenance
  • Manage webcasting services by scheduling and supporting events across various regions
  • Coordinate with vendors and provide user training

Requirements

  • Intermediate computer knowledge
  • Knowledge of basic signal flow for audio, video, and control
  • Valid Driver's License and a Motor Vehicle Record that meets AVI-SPL driving standards
  • Minimum of a High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum of 3-4 years of audiovisual integration experience preferred
