As a Product Trainer, you will play a critical role in helping our clients achieve meaningful change through their people. With a strong focus on performance and collaboration, our team is dedicated to supporting our clients' success.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct training sessions to ensure high-quality performance standards are met

• Develop and manage schedules to support dealer needs, working closely with regional personnel on direction and priorities

• Conduct special training assignments and facilitate large group meetings as required

• Conduct launch training events as needed

• Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and competitive reviews

• Submit schedules, rosters, activity reports, and expense reports according to performance standards

Requirements:

• 3-5 years of experience in automotive-related or automotive retail, or equivalent experience

• In-depth knowledge of vehicle technology, light-duty truck fundamentals, trailering, and infotainment systems

• Strong communication, facilitation, presentation, and coaching skills

• Organizational and computer skills, with proficiency in PowerPoint

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
