About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Store Loss Prevention Investigator to join our team at Sephora, a leading luxury beauty retailer and part of the LVMH group. As a Store Loss Prevention Investigator, you will play a critical role in protecting our stores' assets and ensuring a safe and secure shopping environment for our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct surveillance and investigations to identify and prevent external thefts, working closely with store leadership and District Loss Prevention Managers to develop and execute effective Store Shrink Plans.
  • Prepare and submit detailed reports on all theft incidents, merchandise recoveries, and audits, adhering to all laws and company policies.
  • Testify in court on behalf of the company in any case related to theft or other incidents.
  • Heighten and maintain store LP awareness through regular meetings, new hire trainings, and continuous Beauty Advisor training.
  • Investigate internal theft using exception-based reporting and other resources, in partnership with District Loss Prevention Managers.

Requirements
  • Minimum 1 year of asset protection or loss prevention experience in a retail environment.
  • Flexible availability to work during peak retail hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to stand and walk the sales floor for extended periods, with or without accommodation.
  • Satisfy and maintain all licensing requirements, as required by state or local jurisdiction.
  • Adhere to Sephora's dress code and other policies outlined in the Sephora Employee Handbook.
