About the RoleThe successful candidate will be responsible for assessing the nutritional health needs of patients, developing individualized care plans, and collaborating with the interdisciplinary team to ensure the best possible outcomes. You will also be responsible for menu development, patient education, quality assurance, and patient satisfaction.
