**Estimated Salary Range:** $30,000 - $40,000 per year, depending on qualifications and experience.

**Job Description:**

**Primary Responsibilities:**
  • Work as a Camp Counselor, creating a fun, safe, and exciting camp experience for our campers.
  • Cooperate with fellow Counselors and Camp Directors to achieve our program goals.
  • Greet families and campers upon arrival, setting the tone for a positive experience.
**Additional Responsibilities:**
  • Support the Camp Director in establishing rules and emergency procedures with campers.
  • Participate in all camp activities, engaging with our campers and making their experience unforgettable.
  • Supervise daily swim time, ensuring our campers' safety while having fun.

**Required Skills and Qualifications:**

  • Ability to help children grow in character, experiences, and insights.
  • Ability to guard the health and well-being of campers at all times.
  • CPR/First Aid certification or willingness to obtain before the summer begins.

Our camp is located at Salem Country Club in Peabody, MA, offering a beautiful and scenic environment for our campers to thrive. The camp season runs from June 23 through August 8, requiring staff members to be available for the full duration.
