We are seeking a skilled Customer Experience Coordinator in Peabody, MA for a 3-month contract position. This role involves interacting with customers to provide information and support.
About the Position:- The Customer Experience Coordinator serves as the primary point of contact for customers, ensuring they receive prompt and professional assistance.
- This role requires strong communication and problem-solving skills, as well as proficiency in ERP and MS Office Suite.
- Communicate with customers to provide product information, resolve issues, and answer questions.
- Collect, interpret, and record customer data in accordance with company guidelines.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions and transactions.
- 2-3 years of customer-facing experience in a similar role.
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in ERP and MS Office Suite.
$44 per hour.
