As an Activities Manager/Program Coordinator, you will play a key role in ensuring the delivery of high-quality therapeutic programming to meet the needs of our residents. You will work closely with our programming teams in Assisted Care, Memory Care, and Rehab neighborhoods to develop and implement innovative programs.

  • Collaborate with staff to design and plan therapeutic and recreational activity programs.\
  • Develop and maintain activity calendars to ensure a range of options for residents.\
  • Implement, supervise, and/or lead group and individual therapeutic and recreational activities.\
  • Provide education and support to staff and volunteers regarding residents' abilities and limitations, psychosocial needs and therapeutic interventions.\
  • Coordinate resident entertainment, trips, and special events.\
  • Foster a culture of diversity and inclusion within the community.\
  • Work collaboratively with other departments to achieve community goals and objectives.\
  • Provide excellent customer service to residents, family members, and staff.\
