Compensation: The hourly pay for this position ranges from $22.75 to $25.00.

Position Overview

As a Site Supervisor at our facilities, you will play a pivotal role in managing customer accounts, ensuring their ongoing satisfaction, and maximizing their potential. Your responsibilities will include addressing customer inquiries and overseeing on-site personnel.

Shifts Available:

  • 1st Shift: 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM ($24.25/HR)
  • 2nd Shift: 2:00 PM - 10:30 PM ($24.75/HR)
  • 3rd Shift: 10:00 PM - 6:30 AM ($26.50/HR)
  • Supervisors will have Mon/Tue or Tue/Wed off

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee and guide employees, ensuring effective coverage of work areas.
  • Assess employee performance and inspect designated areas to guarantee quality work output.
  • Identify and resolve issues, making recommendations for continuous improvement.
  • Communicate customer concerns and changes in job orders to the management team.
  • Monitor purchasing activities and the usage of supplies and equipment.
  • Ensure compliance with labeling, dilution, and storage standards as per company and OSHA regulations.
  • Provide on-the-job training for staff on specific tasks.
  • Participate in training sessions to ensure effective communication with supervisors and employees.
  • Adhere to company policies and regulations while carrying out management duties.
Qualifications and Skills
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks in a dynamic environment with shifting priorities.
  • Familiarity with maintenance equipment, materials, and supplies.
  • Strong customer service skills and a professional demeanor.
  • Leadership capabilities and the ability to motivate team members.
  • Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and Google Workspace.
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish is preferred.
Education and Experience
  • High School diploma or GED.
  • Three to five years of relevant experience in the janitorial or facilities management field.
Requirements
  • Valid driver's license with a clean record.
  • Successful completion of a criminal background check.
  • Compliance with airport screening requirements for assigned personnel.
Physical Requirements
  • Must be able to stand, walk, sit, and perform various physical tasks, including lifting up to 40 lbs.
  • Vision abilities required include close vision, distance vision, and depth perception.
