Position Overview:
We are currently seeking a dedicated Talent Acquisition Specialist to enhance our recruitment efforts. This role is crucial in helping us find the right individuals who are passionate about making a difference in the restoration industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the entire recruitment lifecycle, including resume screening, interview coordination, and pre-employment assessments.
- Serve as the primary contact for candidates, ensuring a positive onboarding experience.
- Schedule and facilitate orientation sessions for new employees.
- Review and analyze pre-employment screening results, addressing any discrepancies.
- Maintain accurate records in the HR database.
- Collaborate with various departments to ensure a seamless onboarding process.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant employment laws and regulations.
- Support the administration of HR programs, including compensation and benefits.
- Assist in payroll and benefits administration using ADP systems.
- Work closely with the HR Manager to uphold HR compliance standards.
Qualifications:
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong customer service orientation with effective listening and questioning abilities.
- Excellent organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
- Self-motivated and driven to achieve goals.
- Able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel).
- Willingness to learn new software applications.
- Experience in the restoration or insurance sectors is preferred.
- Ability to pass a background check in accordance with applicable laws.
Education:
High school diploma or GED is required. Candidates must meet the company's hiring criteria, including a pre-employment background investigation and drug screening.
