Position Overview:

We pride ourselves on our extensive experience in commissioning, startup, and maintenance testing across various sectors including utility, industrial, and commercial facilities.

As a Fleet Operations Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in managing the receipt, storage, and distribution of our equipment and supplies. This part-time position is designed for individuals who are detail-oriented and committed to operational excellence, with a maximum of 30 hours per week.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide professional and courteous service to all stakeholders.
  • Utilize inventory management systems to track and manage equipment.
  • Interpret work orders to prepare necessary items for various projects efficiently.
  • Transport materials from receiving or storage areas to designated locations.
  • Organize and categorize materials on shelves or in bins according to established protocols.
  • Manage shipping and receiving operations effectively.
  • Prepare and assemble equipment for deployment at job sites.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization within the workshop and equipment.
  • Support field technicians with equipment needs and logistics.
  • Oversee the ordering, receiving, labeling, and shipping of equipment.
  • Facilitate the ordering and shipping of equipment for new hires.
  • Assist with GPS and fleet management tasks.

Qualifications:

  • Self-motivated individual with a strong desire to learn and grow.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Aspirations to pursue further education and training in electrical technology and power distribution.

Additional Requirements:

  • Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screening.
  • Willingness to work overtime and travel as required.
  • Physical capability to lift up to 70 lbs and perform tasks such as climbing ladders and standing for extended periods.
  • Flexibility to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
  • Successful completion of a criminal background check.
