Key Responsibilities- Maintain accurate and up-to-date accounting, accounts payable, and accounts receivable records using QuickBooks.
- Ensure compliance with sales tax, licenses, personnel files, and payroll requirements.
- Reconcile accounts, enter deposits, and generate timely and accurate financial reports.
- Manage pricing and inventory lists to optimize business operations.
- Perform general filing and clerical duties as needed.
- Provide administrative support to the Management Team, including e-commerce pricing and compliance.
- Design and implement procedures and technology to improve profitability and organizational growth.
- Resolve vendor and compliance issues.
- Professional and friendly communication skills.
- Integrity and confidentiality.
- Ability to work independently and support Management and Sales teams.
- Highly proficient in QuickBooks, Excel, and Word.
This is a full-time position with 32-40 hours per week, Monday through Friday, with a competitive hourly rate of $24-$28 depending on experience.
