Job Summary

Pathway Bank is seeking a highly skilled Business Banking Relationship Manager to join our team. As a key member of our commercial banking team, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with existing clients, as well as identifying and pursuing new business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement strategies to grow existing client relationships and identify new business opportunities.
  • Provide exceptional client service and support to ensure client satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to deliver comprehensive solutions to clients.
  • Monitor and analyze client financial data to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of Pathway Bank's products and services to effectively promote and sell them to clients.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience in commercial banking or a related field.
  • Strong relationship-building and communication skills.
  • Ability to analyze financial data and identify opportunities for growth.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and banking software.
