We are seeking qualified candidates who have a strong background in the installation of sunrooms and related products. The ideal applicants will be responsible for ensuring that all installations meet local building codes and engineering specifications.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure that all sunrooms and decks are constructed accurately and in compliance with regulations.
- Review project documentation thoroughly before commencing work to clarify the tasks at hand.
- Lead the installation process and guide helpers to guarantee high-quality workmanship.
- Engage with clients professionally, demonstrating excellent communication skills.
- Maintain a fully equipped vehicle with all necessary tools and materials for each project.
- Oversee the procurement of materials required for job completion.
- Assist with unloading delivery trucks as needed.
- Support the Installation Manager in achieving company objectives and standards.
- Document daily job progress using electronic devices.
Job Requirements:
Minimum qualifications include:
- At least 5 years of experience in construction and skilled trades, particularly in carpentry, roofing, and window installation.
- A high school diploma or GED is required; an associate's degree or trade school experience in a related field is preferred.
- A clean driving record.
- Basic math skills, including proficiency with a tape measure.
- Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
- General remodeling experience is advantageous.
Physical requirements include the ability to lift up to 70 lbs, work outdoors, and stand for the majority of the workday.

Compensation: Hourly wage ranges from $18 to $27, based on skills and prior training. Typical work schedule consists of a 4-day work week during peak season, with crews currently averaging over 55 hours per week.
