Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure that all sunrooms and decks are constructed accurately and in compliance with regulations.
  • Review project documentation thoroughly before commencing work to clarify the tasks at hand.
  • Lead the installation process and guide helpers to guarantee high-quality workmanship.
  • Engage with clients professionally, demonstrating excellent communication skills.
  • Maintain a fully equipped vehicle with all necessary tools and materials for each project.
  • Oversee the procurement of materials required for job completion.
  • Assist with unloading delivery trucks as needed.
  • Support the Installation Manager in achieving company objectives and standards.
  • Document daily job progress using electronic devices.

Job Requirements:

Minimum qualifications include:

  • At least 5 years of experience in construction and skilled trades, particularly in carpentry, roofing, and window installation.
  • A high school diploma or GED is required; an associate's degree or trade school experience in a related field is preferred.
  • A clean driving record.
  • Basic math skills, including proficiency with a tape measure.
  • Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
  • General remodeling experience is advantageous.

Physical requirements include the ability to lift up to 70 lbs, work outdoors, and stand for the majority of the workday.
