Job Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Assistant Manager to join our team at Little Caesars. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for supervising restaurant colleagues to ensure they perform their job responsibilities, resulting in customer satisfaction and profitability during their shift.

The Assistant Manager will receive direction and training from the Restaurant Manager and Co-Manager, as well as utilize the Assistant Manager Training Plan and other Little Caesars training materials. You will be responsible for supervising other colleagues and providing adult supervision to those under 18 years of age.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise colleagues to ensure they perform their job responsibilities
  • Provide direction and coaching to colleagues to work proficiently at their assigned stations
  • Ensure tasks are completed in a timely manner according to Little Caesars procedures
  • Abide by all state and federal laws, OSHA, and EEOC requirements
  • Practice and enforce all Little Caesars policies and procedures
  • Utilize cost control tools and processes to achieve food, paper, and labor goals
