Job Summary:

An Operations Supervisor at CVS Health is a key leader who supports the store management team in planning and driving store execution and performance. This role is responsible for building consumer loyalty to CVS/pharmacy through a focus on excellent customer service.

The Operations Supervisor leads the store and supervisory staff, ensuring that store operations run smoothly and that all opening and closing procedures are completed. This role requires effective communication with store management and crews, as well as the ability to work a full-time flexible schedule, including some early morning, overnight, and weekend shifts.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work effectively with store management and store crews
  • Supervise the store's crew through assigning, directing, and following up on all activities
  • Effectively communicate information both to and from store management and crews
  • Assist customers with their questions, problems, and complaints
  • Promote CVS customer service culture
  • Handle all customer relations issues in accordance with company policy
  • Maintain customer/patient confidentiality
  • Price merchandise
  • Stock shelves
  • Support the planning, execution, and maintenance of displays and inventory of weekly, promotional, and seasonal merchandise

Requirements:

  • Deductive reasoning ability, analytical skills, and computer skills
  • Advanced communication skills, supervision, and influencing skills
  • Ability to work a full-time flexible schedule, including some early morning, overnight, and weekend shifts

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience as a retail supervisor
