About the Position

GPAC, a leading recruitment company, is partnering with a well-established company in the Commercial and Residential HVAC new construction and service industry to fill a challenging and rewarding role for an experienced HVAC Controls/Service Technician.

Key Responsibilities

  • Install, troubleshoot, and repair HVAC systems to ensure optimal performance and efficiency.
  • Perform preventative maintenance on commercial and residential buildings to prevent costly repairs and ensure a safe working environment.
  • Work with Building Automation Systems (BAS) to integrate and optimize HVAC systems.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and technical support to clients and colleagues.

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of experience as an HVAC Technician.
  • Some experience with BAS controls is preferred but not required.
  • A valid clear driver's license is required for travel to job sites.

Benefits

This position offers a competitive salary range of $65,000-$104,000, 100% paid medical for employees, a company vehicle for business use, and the flexibility to work from home (except on Mondays).
