Pulmonary Technologist

We are seeking a skilled Pulmonary Technologist to join our team at Johns Hopkins Medicine. As a key member of our Pulmonary Laboratory, you will be responsible for measuring, analyzing, and recording pulmonary function procedures, as well as performing non-invasive cardiac diagnostic procedures.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct pulmonary function tests and analyze results to diagnose respiratory disorders
- Perform cardiac monitoring and diagnostic procedures to assess cardiovascular function
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to develop and implement treatment plans
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient data and test results
Requirements:
- High School diploma or equivalent with certificate in respiratory therapy or associate's degree in respiratory therapy
- CPR (BLS) certification and credentialing through the N.B.R.C. as a respiratory care practitioner or pulmonary function technologist
- One year of experience in a pulmonary function lab, preferably in an academic or research environment
