Pulmonary Technologist Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Pulmonary Technologist to join our team at Johns Hopkins HealthCare. As a Pulmonary Technologist, you will be responsible for measuring, analyzing, and recording pulmonary function procedures, as well as performing non-invasive cardiac diagnostic procedures.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Measure and analyze pulmonary function procedures
  • Perform non-invasive cardiac diagnostic procedures
  • Record and document test results
  • Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure accurate diagnoses and effective treatment plans
Requirements:
  • High School diploma or equivalent with certificate in respiratory therapy
  • Associate's or Bachelor's degree in health science or biology
  • CPR (BLS) certification
  • Credentialing through the N.B.R.C. as a respiratory care practitioner or pulmonary function technologist
  • One year of experience in a pulmonary function lab, preferably in an academic/research environment
