Talent Acquisition Recruiter Job Description

The Talent Acquisition Recruiter plays a pivotal role in shaping our organizational staff recruiting philosophy, strategies, and processes for our network of clinics. This position is responsible for developing a creative recruitment program that attracts, screens, and selects highly qualified and diverse candidates to fill staff opportunities within the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain a robust candidate pipeline through strategic sourcing, including networking, job boards, and social media utilization
  • Execute the sourcing, screening, and interviewing process, providing assistance as needed, and managing the offer process
  • Conduct interviews in collaboration with leadership, utilizing various reliable recruiting and selection techniques to filter candidates within schedule
  • Maintain accurate and organized documentation on all candidates, searches, interview notes, and other recruiting activities for reporting purposes
  • Coordinate communication with hiring managers and applicants throughout the recruitment process
  • Ensure compliance with policies and procedures, including pre-employment requirements
  • Maintain positive candidate relationships and build strong working relationships with hiring managers to drive success throughout the recruitment process
  • Manage multiple tasks, meet deadlines, and prioritize multiple projects that require detail-orientation
  • Maintain data on turn-over rates, interview through onboarding numbers, days to fill requisition requirements, and DeNovo recruiting objectives for future clinics
  • Maintain federal and state reporting
  • Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

  • Demonstrated effective written, verbal, and electronic communication that is professional in both content and delivery
  • Ability to gain trust and respect of providers, employees, and peers, effectively modeling interpersonal and problem-solving skills to resolve issues in a timely manner
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work as a team member
  • Independent worker and analytical thinker with the ability to conduct research, data analysis, and resolve complex problems
  • Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage and prioritize multiple business objectives and projects with the proper sense of urgency and autonomy
  • Education: A high school diploma/GED is required; a Bachelor's degree in HR or a business-related major is preferred but not required
  • Experience: A minimum of two – four years of experience in recruiting is required
  • Certificate/License: N/A
