Key Responsibilities- Serve as a point of contact for employee questions and concerns, proactively addressing employee issues and resolving conflict.
- Recommend employee relations practices necessary to establish a positive employer-employee relationship and promote a high level of employee morale and motivation.
- Provide guidance and support to supervisors and managers regarding performance management best practices.
- Coordinate and conduct training sessions covering specified areas such as new employee orientation, on-the-job training, and diversity training.
- Ensure compliance with labor regulations and company policies.
- Maintain employee records and HR documentation.
- 3+ years of experience as an HR Generalist.
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
- Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
- Ability to handle confidential information with integrity and discretion.
- Ability to research and document employment issues and legal claims.
- Ability to lead and conduct investigations related to employment issues.
