About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Land Analyst to join our team at Lennar Homes. As a key member of our land acquisition team, you will play a critical role in identifying and evaluating potential land acquisition opportunities, conducting market analysis, and providing financial feasibility studies to support our business growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform financial analysis and market research to identify potential land acquisition opportunities
  • Conduct site visits and gather data to inform market analysis and feasibility studies
  • Develop and maintain a database of market trends and competitor activity
  • Prepare and present financial reports and recommendations to senior management
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and effective communication
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Real Estate, Finance, or related field
  • 3-5 years of experience in real estate, finance, or a related field
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
