Corporate Manager of Supply Chain and Account Management

We are seeking a highly skilled Corporate Manager of Supply Chain and Account Management to join our team at Community Hospital Corporation. This is an exciting opportunity to lead our supply chain and account management efforts, driving cost savings and optimizing supply chain performance.
Key Responsibilities- Manage supply chain customers and hospital account relationships, overseeing corporate-wide supply chain processes, cost-savings initiatives, materials management efficiencies, and contract negotiations for owned, managed, and affiliate healthcare facilities.
- Lead GPO compliance and conversion initiatives to maximize savings and optimize supply chain performance, while cultivating and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders and vendors.
- Develop and execute a comprehensive supply chain strategy that aligns with the organization's overall goals and objectives.
- Provide expert guidance and support to facility supply chain directors, ensuring alignment with corporate strategy and best practices.
- Collaborate with legal and finance teams to mitigate risks and ensure compliance with all applicable regulations.
- 4+ years of progressive experience in a healthcare setting, including 1+ years in a leadership role (Manager of Materials Management, Purchasing, or similar) with proven success in supply chain management, account management, contract negotiation, and cost savings.
- A bachelor's degree in business, health care administration, supply chain management, or related field is strongly preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of building strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and make informed decisions to optimize supply chain performance.
