About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Talent Development Specialist to join our team at US Tech Solutions. As a key member of our Human Resources department, you will be responsible for developing and implementing robust organizational development and workforce planning strategies that positively impact our business.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement individual development plans for employees, focusing on high potential and top talent development.
  • Design and deliver learning and development programs, including mentoring and coaching initiatives.
  • Analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement in our workforce, and develop strategies to address these issues.
  • Collaborate with HR Business Partners to ensure alignment with business objectives and goals.
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of our talent development initiatives, and make recommendations for improvement.

Requirements:

  • 6+ years of experience in talent development, organizational development, or a related field.
  • Proven track record of developing and implementing successful talent development strategies.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with employees at all levels of the organization.
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field. Master's degree preferred.
