About the Opportunity

We're seeking a highly motivated and experienced sales professional to join our Research & Safety Division as a Sr Production Specialist. This is an exciting opportunity to grow our customer base and share of wallet in the bioproduction market, with a focus on new and existing accounts.

Job Responsibilities
  • Achieve sales quotas and company goals through effective sales strategies and partnerships with industry directors, regional sales managers, and sales representatives.
  • Identify and close new business opportunities at existing and new accounts, leveraging market trends, competitor activities, and historical purchasing behaviors.
  • Develop and sustain strong strategic connections with customer stakeholders and decision makers, analyzing market trends and competitor activities to identify significant opportunities in spend.
  • Conduct regular discussions with manager regarding sales territory activity and opportunity pipeline.
Job Requirements
  • Minimum of 8 years experience in sales or business development, with a proven record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong understanding of the production products and services industry, with outstanding communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and driven environment, with a Bachelor's degree in the sciences (an MBA is advantageous).
