We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Division Vice President of Construction Operations to join our team at PulteGroup. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for overseeing the residential construction activities, materials management, and contract administration across multiple geographies and brands.

Key Responsibilities
  • Strategic Planning: Design, implement, and support programs that will result in the lowest possible production costs consistent with the quality standards established by the Area Management Team.
  • Construction Oversight: Act as a construction liaison to other functions and divisions within the Company, the community, and construction/development industry groups.
  • Financial Management: Prepare, and/or manage and operate within approved budgets established for all departments under Construction Operations.
  • Leadership: Supervise 10 or more employees and 3-5 functional areas of business, ensuring appropriate staffing to meet department needs.
  • Development and Growth: Provide developmental opportunities through identification of internal and external training opportunities, and create opportunities for employee growth.
Requirements
  • Education: Minimum Bachelors Degree in Business or equivalent.
  • Experience: Minimum 5 to 7 years previous related experience.
  • Skills: Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to design, implement, and support programs that drive business results.
