What You'll Do

As an Account Development Representative at ShipMonk, you will be responsible for:

  • Product Knowledge Expertise: Develop a deep understanding of ShipMonk's products and services, enabling you to effectively communicate their benefits to customers.
  • Presentation Skills: Deliver engaging presentations that capture the attention of customers, interpret their needs, and provide consultative solutions to close business.
  • Relationship Building: Foster strong relationships with customers that embody the ShipMonk GSD (Get Stuff Done) attitude.
  • Problem Solving: Identify customer pain points and provide innovative solutions that drive business growth and customer retention.
What You'll Need

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of 2 years of sales, portfolio, account executive, or relationship management experience with a proven track record of accelerating account growth and engagement.
  • The ability to navigate multiple internal systems and tools, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and work effectively within a team.
  • Prior experience with Salesforce or similar CRM tools.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, as well as analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • The ability to negotiate service agreements, build relationships, and think innovatively.
  • Organizational and time-management skills, as well as business acumen.
About the Role

This is an onsite position that requires working in the office 5 days a week, with locations available in various ShipMonk fulfillment centers.
