Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Territory Consultant to join our team at OptiFreight Logistics, a leading provider of Inbound, Outbound, and Less than Truckload (LTL) Shipping and freight management services for the Healthcare sector.

Key Responsibilities
  • Drive sales and services to new and/or existing customers through face-to-face, virtual, and telephone contact to meet individual and organizational sales objectives.
  • Responsible for cold calling, prospecting, and building relationships that will increase account penetration, revenue growth, and customer satisfaction within a specified product line, business segment, and/or geography.
  • Collaborate with Cardinal Health business units to identify new opportunities across existing and new customer base.
  • Support cross-functional teamwork – Finance, Operations, Marketing, etc.
  • Lead customer business reviews and discovery calls on a routine basis, articulating value and financial outcomes of opportunities.
  • Responsible for overall account performance, deal modeling, and contracting strategies.
  • Leverage CRM to support disciplined pipeline management and performance forecasting of key metrics.
  • Builds and fosters strong, productive customer partnerships focused on ensuring customer success and retention; develops a trusted advisor relationship with key stakeholders and executive sponsors.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent work experience preferred.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Solution-based sales or direct customer-facing experience preferred.
  • Ability to travel up to 50%.
  • Demonstrated financial acumen, including complex negotiation, strategic, and analytical skills.
  • Strong background in complex selling situations and ability to cultivate and maintain client relationships to achieve business objectives.
  • Ability to analyze complex business issues and lead the development of customized action plans to drive value for the customer and Cardinal Health.
  • Adaptability and strong problem-solving skills.
  • Excel and PowerPoint proficiency.
What We Offer
  • Competitive salary range: $85,500 - $110,800 (includes targeted variable pay).
