Senior Quality Assurance Specialist

As a Senior Quality Assurance Specialist at W3Global Inc, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality of our products by conducting dimensional inspections and measurements. You will also be responsible for maintaining our Quality Management System, ISO9001 certification, and facilitating third-party audits and ITAR compliance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct dimensional inspections and measurements using CMM/Roamer Arm
- Analyze data and prepare reports to identify trends and areas for improvement
- Develop and implement quality procedures and specifications for raw materials, in-process, and finished goods
- Investigate and diagnose quality complaints or defective products and recommend corrective actions
- Maintain and organize our internal gauge database
- Ensure dimensional accuracy and quality workmanship
- Resolve any quality issues
- Maintain a safe, orderly, and clean work area
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in a related field and 5-7 years of experience in quality assurance or a related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in CMM operation and quality inspection
Qualifications:
- Mathematical skills: ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure
- Reasoning ability: ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables
- Extensive ability to read and interpret blueprints and mechanical drawings
- Proficient knowledge of GD&T and extensive knowledge preferred
- Extensive ability to operate CMM machining equipment
- Extensive ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment
- Extensive ability to solve problems using critical thinking skills
- Extensive ability to organize and manage priorities, meet deadlines, and expectations
