Maintenance Manager

Heritage Senior Living is seeking a skilled Maintenance Manager to join our team. As a key member of our facilities team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our buildings and providing exceptional customer service to our residents and staff.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide maintenance and repair services to residents, visitors, and staff
  • Monitor and maintain HVAC and plumbing systems
  • Test and schedule inspections of fire protection, security, and plumbing systems
  • Perform regular and emergency repairs throughout the building
  • Manage vendors and maintain a high level of quality in maintenance services
Requirements:
  • Ability to speak, read, and write English
  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • Three years of experience in a maintenance position, preferably with electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and carpentry experience
  • Ability to pass all applicable pre-employment and annual tests and meet all training and other applicable state and federal guidelines
