Job Description

Third Bridge is a leading investment research firm that provides integrated solutions for top investors and business leaders. As an Associate, you will be part of our Community Team, within the Public Equities & Credit vertical.

Key Responsibilities
  • Understand client needs and identify relevant industry experts to help them.
  • Deliver exceptional client service by being a responsive, thoughtful, and proactive research partner.
  • Engage with industry experts to understand their expertise and persuade them to connect with clients.
  • Negotiate compensation rates and terms of engagement with experts.
  • Develop and manage your own book of business, driving long-term performance and growth.
Development Opportunities

We are committed to helping everyone at Third Bridge grow and develop. Our comprehensive onboarding program includes classroom-based and on-the-job learning, teaching you the fundamentals of our business, client needs, and how to sell our value proposition.

  • Learn to identify leading industry experts and develop your communication skills to engage with them.
  • Master Specialist Management and progress to Client Engagement Learning Programme to take on client relationship building and project management responsibilities.
Qualifications

We are looking for individuals with strong academic credentials, excellent communication skills, and a passion for learning. You will need to be organized, detail-oriented, and able to adapt to a fast-paced environment.

  • Undergraduate degree with strong academic credentials.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new situations.
Benefits
  • Competitive base salary of $60,000 plus bonus scheme.
  • 15 days of vacation (increasing to 20 days after 2 years of service) plus US Holidays.
