About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Investment Research Associate to join our Community Team within the Public Equities & Credit vertical. As an Associate, you will play a critical role in building relationships with our clients and industry experts, driving business results, and leading project delivery teams.

Key Responsibilities
  • Understand client needs and identify relevant industry experts to help them achieve their goals.
  • Deliver exceptional client service by being a responsive, thoughtful, and proactive research partner.
  • Engage with industry experts to understand their expertise and match them with clients' needs.
  • Negotiate compensation rates and persuade experts to connect with clients on short notice.
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of client research strategies and industry trends.
Development Opportunities

We are committed to helping our team members grow and develop throughout their careers. Our comprehensive onboarding program includes classroom-based and on-the-job learning, teaching you the fundamentals of our business, client needs, and how to sell our value proposition.

You will also learn how to identify leading industry experts, develop your communication skills, and engage with senior professionals and Key Opinion Leaders. After 4-6 months, you will progress to our Client Engagement Learning Programme to take on client relationship building and project management responsibilities.

  • Competitive base salary of $60,000 plus bonus scheme.
