About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Investment Research Associate to join our Public Equities & Credit team. As a key member of our Community Team, you will be responsible for building relationships with our clients and industry experts to deliver exceptional research solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Understand client needs and identify relevant industry experts to support their research goals.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and experts through proactive communication and negotiation.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to deliver high-quality research solutions and meet client expectations.
  • Stay up-to-date with market trends and industry developments to provide valuable insights to clients.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance skills and knowledge in investment research and client engagement.

Requirements
  • Strong academic credentials and/or relevant experience in a client-facing role.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and experts.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software applications.
