Job Description

Third Bridge is a leading investment research firm that provides integrated solutions for top investors and business leaders. As an Associate, you will be part of our Community Team, within the Public Equities & Credit vertical.

Key Responsibilities
  • Understand client needs and identify relevant experts to help them.
  • Deliver exceptional client service by being a responsive, thoughtful, and proactive research partner.
  • Engage with industry experts to understand their suitability for client projects.
  • Negotiate compensation rates and persuade experts to collaborate with clients.
  • Develop and manage your own book of business, driving long-term performance and client satisfaction.
Development Opportunities

We are committed to helping our team members grow and develop throughout their careers. Our comprehensive onboarding program includes classroom-based and on-the-job learning, teaching you the fundamentals of our business, client needs, and how to sell our value proposition.

You will also learn how to identify leading industry experts, develop your communication skills, and engage with senior professionals and Key Opinion Leaders. After 4-6 months, you will progress to our Client Engagement Learning Programme, taking on client relationship building and project management responsibilities.

Qualifications

We are looking for individuals with strong academic credentials, excellent communication skills, and a passion for learning. You should be able to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritize tasks, and adapt to changing client needs. An interest in financial markets and the ability to understand client research strategies are essential.
