Job Description

Third Bridge is a leading investment research firm that provides integrated solutions for top investors and business leaders. As an Associate, you will be part of our Community Team, within the Public Equities & Credit vertical.

Key Responsibilities
  • Understand client needs and identify relevant experts to help them.
  • Deliver exceptional client service by being a responsive, thoughtful, and proactive research partner.
  • Engage with industry experts to understand their suitability for client projects.
  • Negotiate compensation rates and persuade experts to collaborate with clients.
  • Develop long-term relationships with clients and experts, and continuously improve your understanding of client research strategies.
Development Opportunities

We are committed to helping everyone at Third Bridge grow and develop. Our comprehensive onboarding program includes classroom-based and on-the-job learning that will teach you the fundamentals of our business, how our clients think, and how to sell our value proposition to secure experts' membership into our network.

You will also learn how to identify leading industry experts, develop your communication skills to engage with senior professionals, and master Specialist Management. After 4-6 months, you will progress to our Client Engagement Learning Programme to take on client relationship building and project management responsibilities.

Qualifications

We are looking for individuals with strong academic credentials, and/or extensive experience in a client-facing role. You should have great communication skills, be able to adapt to different situations, and enjoy learning. An interest in financial markets and the environment that our Public Equities & Credit clients operate in is also essential.

We offer a competitive base salary of $60,000, access to our bonus scheme after 1 month, and a range of benefits including health insurance, a personal development allowance, and flexible working arrangements.
