We are seeking a highly motivated Sales Team Member to join our team at The Salvation Army Family Store and Donation Center Suburban in Fridley, MN.
Compensation and BenefitsThis full-time position offers an estimated salary of $38,400 per year, commensurate with experience.

Job DescriptionAs a Sales Team Member, you will be responsible for processing donations, pricing merchandise, stocking shelves, operating a point-of-sale system, and providing exceptional customer service to our shoppers and donors.
You will also maintain a clean and well-organized work and shopping environment, handle transactions accurately, and have the ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a positive attitude.
In addition, this role requires standing, kneeling, crouching, stooping, and lifting/pushing 25 - 50 pounds on a regular basis.
Requirements- Demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills to provide top-notch customer service.
- Maintain a high level of productivity and efficiency in a dynamic retail environment.
- Show adaptability and flexibility to work varying shifts, including weekends.
