Salary Range: $98,000 - $172,000 per annum (dependent on experience)

Job Description

This role involves providing exceptional patient care, dispensing medication, and promoting health awareness in our community. As a Clinical Care Specialist, you'll work closely with healthcare professionals to develop effective treatment plans and improve patient outcomes.

Requirements

  • Pharmacist license, Bachelor's Degree in Pharmacy or PharmD degree, and completion of an ACPE Accredited Immunization training program.
  • Excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and a passion for delivering outstanding patient care.
  • Ability to stay up-to-date with industry developments, new medications, and best practices.
