We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Clinical Care Coordinator LPN to join our team at Daviess Treatment Services LLC. As a Clinical Care Coordinator LPN, you will play a critical role in ensuring the quality of care provided to our patients.

With a competitive salary of $72,000 per year, you will have the opportunity to work with a nationally recognized leader in addiction treatment services. Your responsibilities will include administering medication under the direction of a physician, ensuring the treatment plan is being followed, and providing education to clients on methadone maintenance and detoxification.

You will also be responsible for educating pregnant patients about prenatal care and assisting the primary counselor in coordinating outside services as needed. In addition to your clinical duties, you will assist in training staff in medical and health and safety matters, as well as maintaining medical equipment.
