We are seeking a highly skilled Executive Director to play a vital role in informing and executing strategies to address payer and industry requirements and needs for CVS Health.

- Lead cross-functional teams to develop and implement go-to-market tactics, assess market opportunities, and measure results.
- Own and manage the development of a comprehensive Payer Relations toolkit, consolidating information about data sources and resources used during the contracting process.
- Initiate, execute, and measure key strategic projects to drive business outcomes.
- 5+ years of experience in a Healthcare leadership role with a proven track record of driving business growth and profitability.
- 8+ years of experience managing large-scale projects in complex business environments with a focus on payer relations.
- Experience working with geographically diverse teams and managing remote workforces.
- Proven financial acumen and ability to identify the impact of changes on budget goals and financial targets.
- Experience with pharmacy products, payers, and operations with the ability to solve complex problems through collaboration with other functional organizations.
- Extensive experience leading cross-functional initiatives and driving innovation in the healthcare industry.
- Ability to facilitate buy-in and engagement across diverse stakeholder groups.
- Ability to anticipate risks and mitigate effectively.
- Excellent interpersonal communication skills, including active listening, self-management, and awareness, emotional intelligence, and ability to flex interpersonal style.
- Retail Pharmacy and/or Health Services sector experience.
- Master's degree in Business Administration (MBA) or related field.
